Product Overview
The STM32WB35CCU6A is a multiprotocol wireless and ultra-low-power device embedding a powerful radio compliant with Bluetooth® Low Energy SIG specification 5.4 and IEEE 802.15.4-2011. It features a dedicated Arm® Cortex®-M0+ for real-time low-layer operations.
Designed for extreme low-power operation, this microcontroller is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 64 MHz. The core includes a Floating Point Unit (FPU) supporting single-precision data processing, a full set of DSP instructions, and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) for enhanced application security.
The device integrates high-speed memories including up to 512 KB of flash memory, up to 96 KB of SRAM, a Quad-SPI flash memory interface, and extensive enhanced I/Os and peripherals.
