The S912ZVMC12AWKH offers the smallest, efficient, and scalable 3-phase motor control solution for Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motors, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM), or Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) control applications in industrial and automotive sectors.
This microcontroller integrates a 12V to 5V voltage regulator, LIN or CAN physical layer, and a Gate Driver Unit (GDU) to control six power MOSFETs.
