SH79F6488P/064PR is a high-performance 8051 compatible microcontroller featuring 20-bit Σ-Δ ADC and LCD Driver. Its built-in pipeline instruction fetch structure enables fast operation speed and superior calculation performance.

This microcontroller maintains most standard 8051 features including internal 256 bytes RAM, UART, and INT0-2 interfaces. Additionally, it provides external 2304 bytes RAM and contains 64K bytes Flash memory for both program and data storage.
