LPC54608J512BD208 is a power-efficient microcontroller (MCU) with advanced peripherals based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core. This 32-bit microcontroller features up to 512 KB of flash memory, 200 KB of on-chip SRAM, up to 16kB of EEPROM memory, and operates at frequencies up to 180 MHz.
