TMS320F28023 is a 32-bit real-time DSP microcontroller from the C2000-Piccolo series, in an LQFP-48 (7×7 mm) surface-mount package, with a clock frequency of 50 MHz. It is designed for real-time control applications such as power control and motor drive, and features on-board Flash memory, SARAM, enhanced PWM, a 12-bit ADC, and SCI and SPI communication interfaces. It operates on a single 3.3 V supply and is rated for an industrial temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C.
