STM32F103VCT6 32-Bit Microcontroller IC with 72MHz ARM Cortex-M3 Core and 256KB Flash Memory

STM32F103 is a high-performance microcontroller based on the ARM® Cortex®-M3 32-bit RISC core, operating at 72 MHz. It features high-speed embedded memory (up to 512 Kbytes of flash and up to 64 Kbytes of SRAM) and connects to a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals via two APB buses.

STM32F103 features three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers and two PWM timers, and also provides standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I²C, three SPI, two I²S, one SDIO, five USARTs, one USB and one CAN.
